Meet Our Founder | CEO
Hello, my name is Natasha Varner, the founder and CEO of Earthly Angels Loving Care Home.
I have two bachelor's degrees, one in Computer Networking and the other in Finance. Throughout my life, I learned I'm passionate about helping people who need care and improving their daily lives. It's something I'm genuinely happy doing and highly proud of. While others may see it as challenging, it's a very fulfilling job for me, and that's why I've been doing this for many years now.

I intimately founded the Earthly Angels Loving Care Home from the heart and compassion for the people I care for. I wanted to increase the amount and improve the kind of care our senior population receives.
The idea to provide a safe and comfortable place for seniors to call home started in 2013 when one of my clients could not go to her house. I spoke to my husband, explaining that she had no place safe to live and wanted to offer to let her stay with us instead. My husband agreed, and she came to live in our home in Maryland.

She stayed longer than her life expectancy of 6 months. She called me her "Earthly Angel"; it stuck with me and is where the name originated. After caring for her, I opened my door for more souls to help.
It's my mission to continue creating an environment of comfort, compassion, and love for all our residents and to be a home and family.

My long-term plan for Earthly Angels Loving Care Home is to build a few smaller home-like living spaces for all seniors to spend their twilight years and give them the quality of life they deserve.
